September 4th: Gary Eckhart – Presenting on Buildings in Paintings
Gary resides in Warren, VT where he is co-owner of Moosewalk Studios and Gallery. Gary is a signature member of the Niagara Frontier Watercolor Society, Vermont Watercolor Society and the Northeast Watercolor Society. His work has been shown in national watercolor shows and is in collections in North and South America and in Europe. October 2nd: Andrew Orr – Presenting on Painting Trees
Andrew Orr combines impressionism and touches of realism to create paintings that reflect his love of nature and beauty. His paintings are direct and rich, with clear color, expressing his passion for light and life. In the Northeast his work has been featured with solo exhibition at the Southern Vermont Arts Center, Manchester, VT and displayed with national exhibitions of the Oil Painters of America, the American Impressionists Society, the North East Watercolor Society and the Georgia Watercolor Society. http://andreworr.com/

March 5th: Mickey Meyers – Bryan Gallery and Oil Pastels
Mickey Myers was born and raised in Hollywood, California, where she studied art with famed silkscreen artist, Corita Kent. Since 1991, Myers has lived in Vermont, until recently in a 210 year old farmhouse she considered the most beautiful place on earth. Myers began her work in pastel in direct resonse to the view from her living room window in Hyde Park, Vermont. Her pastels have been the subject of eight major exhibits.

Born 1954, in Rochester, NY, Robert O’Brien has been painting in the watercolor medium for over forty years. Since moving to Vermont in 1977, he has focused his work on landscape and architectural studies. Vermont, with its distinct four season climate, provides the artist with a wealth of subject matter and ever changing light effects. Since 1998 Robert O’Brien has traveled annually to Southern France. The region’s sun-splashed landscape and timeless quality of light has added a new dimension to the artist’s paintings.
